MCOM is committed via a recent agreement with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to provide services in rural areas. Rural telecoms development project in 17 rural districts in 9 provinces by building and operating 23 Base Transceiver Sites (BTS). MCOM offers connectivity to its customers through roaming agreements with 120 operators in 80 countries. M-Com assists with this strategic network installation and development by providing vital BTS installation to enhance its 3G.

M-Com also has exclusive distribution agreements to wholesale mobile device prepaid credit (scratch/top-up/reload/recharge cards). In addition M-Com facilitates Internet Service Provision via VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) or Radio Microwave Link (RML/MWL) from these areas.

M-Com is also partnered with CITIC Telecom International. CITIC Telecom International is a telecommunications expert specialized in connecting the world. The company enjoys strong support from their Beijing-based owner, which is an increasingly valuable strategic advantage given Asia's rising prominence on today's world stage. They operate a global network that connects some 621 telecommunications operators in 75 countries and regions, carrying voice, mobile signaling, SMS, data and IP traffic with reliability and service quality.
